    All submissions reach our infrastructure over TLS 1.3. No message data is sent over unencrypted channels.

    Messages are read by the Trade Estate investor‑relations team. They are not shared with third parties, marketing systems, or external CRMs.

    Limited retention

    Submissions that do not result in an investor relationship are deleted after ninety days. Investor‑related communications are retained for the duration of the position in line with EU AML record‑keeping requirements.

    Verification before disclosure

    Private fund materials, project economics, and direct telephone access are released only after identity and eligibility verification on the investor platform.
