Hloubetin is an urban district and cadastral territory in the Prague 9 municipal district. On the former Vetisek Square, there is a supermarket and a number of shops and services, pharmacies. There are kindergartens and primary schools, a special school, a secondary vocational school. Sports facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and the Slavoj Hloubetin stadium. In 2017-2019, the leisure center H55 was built, where not only the citizens of Hloubetin can use the multifunctional hall, clubhouse, and café. In March 2020, a branch of the Municipal Library moved here.
The area is easily accessible in terms of transport and is located right next to a bus stop.
The project is situated in a quiet place in the middle of nature, within walking distance there is the Rokytka valley with several ponds, a pleasant place for both walking with children and cycling. For every day and weekly shopping, there is a grocery supermarket within walking distance. From the relaxing and quiet location, it is only a few minutes by car to the Jizni spojka.
Kejruv park, Horejsi pond, Smetanka nature park are within walking distance and provide an ideal place for relaxation and active rest. The nearby "Rokytka" trail connects Prague 9 with the center and other parts of the metropolis. The trail offers many opportunities for cycling, skating, or strolling with a stroller. In the Rokytka river basin, there is an outdoor fitness area with 25 stations where you can work out.
